A Namaa’ mentor is; - a wo/men aged from 25- 45 years old who is willing and able to share with us his/her experience, - concerned to make a difference in young people’s life, - have the ability to work with people from different backgrounds - And help them brining their dream into reality. If you would like to join our pool, please contact us and we will send you the application that will enable us to identify where you best according to your experience and you time. Namaa’ Teams: Namaa’ consists of 8 teams. All teams are responsible for implementing Namaa’ tools. Along with this there is a board which is responsible for developing Namaa’ Strategy and ensuring the consistency between the strategy and the Implementation. 1. Curriculum Team is responsible for: (Start from Jan. until Jun.) - Finalizing Namaa’ Summer School for Sustainable development schedule. - Arranging field visits. - Contacting speakers and panelists. - Preparing summery sheet for speakers - Preparing readings. - Preparing for documentaries and visual aid. - Conduct Evaluation for previous year curriculum in coordination with Evaluation Team. 2. Marketing and outreach team is responsible for: (Start from Jan. until Jun.) - Defining our target group for this year. - Develop new tools to better reach the potential social entrepreneur according to the selection criteria. - Defining our target group needs - Coming up with the application questionnaire. - Creating an outreach plan, which will include details about (a) our publications and announcements [design, content and where will we spread the message online and offline], b) our website content, c) Namaa orientation session [content and where will we make those sessions]). - Creating a media plan, which will include details on how will make a documentary or a short movie about Namaa’ grads. - Working on the marketing research guidelines. assist the fundraising team in presenting Namaa for donors, sponsors and other stakeholders. 3. Evaluation Team is responsible for: (all over the year) - Preparation of pre and post assessment. - Preparation of evaluation sheets for the speakers, trainers, and field visits. - Evaluating the performance of both Namaa’ initiatives and different team leaders. - Analyzing the data and come up with recommendations. - Monitor and evaluate grads’ impact on the society 4. Tawasul team is responsible for: (all over the year) - Organizing Tawasul Salons. - Documenting Tawasul Salons. - Collecting feedback from attendees - Suggestions of Tawasul topics. 5. Documentation Team is responsible for: (During July and Aug.) - Documenting Namaa’ Lectures and workshops using video, audio, photos, and other creative tool. - Documenting participants’ reflections using diaries, flipcharts, letters, and any other creative tool. 7. Facilitators: recruiting a new pool of people who will be responsible for facilitating and co-facilitating the Summer School.
8. Researchers: are responsible for conducting researches on development, related initiatives. Also the assets and the needs of a potential social entrepreneur and how can it be better fulfilled
