Nahdet El Mahrousa and Sawiris Foundation launch the Sawiris Scholarships to equip graduates to join the job market.

About the Program

The Sawiris  Scholarship aims to bridge the gap between education outcomes & job market demands by equipping students and graduates with key essential skills necessary to be able to join and compete in today’s job market. The program targets 400 Cairo University graduating students and fresh graduates, who will be receiving trainings on soft skills and job hunting skills, language and computer courses, in addition to different workshops on tackling the issues of cultural identity, diversity, acceptance, and tolerance

All training  courses will be offered at the Career and Entrepreneurship Development Office (CEDO) at Cairo University.

لتأهيل الخريجين/ الخريجات للالتحاق بسوق العمل

لمحة حول برنامج المنحة
يهدف البرنامج إلى تضييق الفجوة بين مخرجات العملية التعليمية ومتطلبات سوق العمل، ومن ثم المساهمة في حل مشكلة البطالة بمصر. ويستهدف المشروع خريجي/ خريجات جامعة القاهرة من الكليات المختلفة. حيث سيتم تأهيل حديثي التخرج ممن يعانون من البطالة - نظراً لعدم تمكنهم من تلبية متطلبات واحتياجات سوق العمل، ليتسنى لهم الالتحاق بفرص عمل مناسبة. يستهدف البرنامج 400 مشارك/ مشاركة ، كما يوفر برامج المهارات الحياتية والمهنية ومهارات البحث عن وظيفة، بالإضافة إلى تدريبات تحديد الهوية وتعزيز الإنتماء وتدريبات اللغة الإنجليزية والحاسب الآلي
