Goals & Objectives

Overall Goals:

• To Invest on  Egyptian Talents and to Sustain Egypt’s  development.
• To Create a society rich with Talents and beauty.
• To Generate a profit generating organization.
• To Create hope for talented people and make them share in developing their country.
• To facilitate the mutual cooperation of different demands/needs by bridging different entities of the Egyptian Society.
• To discover and develop a star in every field.
• To develop the Talent in its specialty and also educate the talent with general cultural and worldwide knowledge in case needed.

Specific Objectives:

• To sponsor at least 10 Talents in each field within 1 year from the kick off of the Project.
• To facilitate creation of  5 talent project outputs for at least 5 Talents  within 1 year from the time of sponsorship agreement.
• To establish a medium term career/talent path plan for successful project holders.
