Project Overview

Summary:

Our project,TalSpo, is newly incubated by NM. We believe that Egypt is full of Talents, out of which most are killed before they develop and mature. The few ones that survive and get matured face many obstacles. The few that survive out of the few, are the ones that had “somebody” believing in them and supporting them in their early development stage. We want to create an entity to act as this “somebody” or to be a bridge between that “somebody” and the talent. This entity will incubate Egyptian Talents and invest in them by matching their talents to interested sponsors (businessmen, organizations, theatres, print shops, NGOs…etc). These sponsors, will sponsor qualified talents because:

• such talents will have a return on investment
• such talents will contribute to Egypt’s Development

TalSpo aims to search for these talents and match them with interested Sponsors for developing, enhancing and marketing such talents. This fits in with NM’s vision of making dreams of young Egyptians come true and of investing in the Egyptian human capital for the overall development of Egypt. TalSpo’s members are believers in the richness of the Egyptian human capital. They are believers that talents are the gateway to a developed nation. They are dynamic, innovative with interpersonal skills and with an artistic cultural oriented Egyptian tastes.
