Age: Egyptians aged From 16 years old  onwards. With priority to age groups: from 16 to 40 AND from 65 onwards (Finding super talents with age +65 will be another proof of our above Problem Statement).

Proposed Criteria selection for Talents: (To be further developed by teams) 

1. Outstanding Talent: Agreed by TEC to be a unique, rare talent (for talents that cannot be proven in an evaluation session, proof of reference, trusted word of mouths will be necessary)
2. A personality (or potentially) that loves the country and wants to be part of its renaissance
3. An ethical personality
4. Responsible person
5. Willing to learn and develop the talent
6. Willing to educate self  in different aspects of life and to develop other talents if potentially available
7. Priority to unprivileged talents (specifically financially)
8. Priority to young aged talents (below 30) or (above 65).
