The YIA program aims to impact positively on the scientific culture in Egypt, to produce more scientists in the future -- more in number and better in quality. To reach this aim, the Young Innovators’ Awards Program funds over 250 Graduation Projects per annum, gives grants to 110 Innovative Ideas, organizes a series of Awareness Lectures aiming at stimulating the culture of research and development, and offering technical assistance to complement the financial one. It also offers 35 scholarships  for postgraduate studies (20 MSCs and 15 PhDs.)
