YIA Winners

After the first awareness lecture,students get to submit their project proposals to the YIA. These proposals go through a careful process of evaluation. Teams whose proposals get accepted are recognized as YIA winners.

What are the benefits of being a YIA winner?

YIA winners get to attend three awareness lectures that discuss topics relevant to their projects such as intellectual property rights, commercialization of innovative ideas, learn about relevant scholarships, grants and more………..

As a YIA winner, your idea and project will get funded with EGP 6000 if you are a 4^th year student, or EGP 4000 if you are under 35 and have an innovative idea.

Being a YIA winner is also a great chance for undergraduate students to apply for YIA & IMC Internships. In addition graduate students can get scholarships for their masters and PhDs
